Kenya – National Implementation Plan

This document summarises the implementation priorities and approach PDD will adopt to roll out the PAMAD project in Kenya.

This National Implementation Plan has been developed in collaboration with a group of Governmental authorities and non-Governmental stakeholders, under the guidance of the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry, the National Disaster Operations Centre, and the National Drought Management Authority. It has drawn on the expertise of a wide group of stakeholders, consulted bilaterally and during a national workshop throughout 2022.

The implementation of the plan will be undertaken in collaboration with the Council of Governors, Kenyan members of the Global Network of Civil Society Organisations for Disaster Reduction (GNDR) and IOM Kenya.
